We stand behind the quality of everything we sell. All of our products are covered by a 90-day warranty against manufacturing defects, starting from the date of delivery.

If your item develops a manufacturing defect, please contact us with as much detail as possible so we can assess the issue and find the right resolution.

Please provide:

• Order ID/Number
• Images of the product, including close-ups of the defect
• Images of the condition of the packaging
• A description of the issue and how it occurred

What Is Considered a Manufacturing Fault?

Any clear defect in materials or construction, such as, but not limited to, hardware, internal frame components, or moving mechanical parts.

Wear and Tear / Accidental Damage

Normal wear and tear from everyday use is not covered under warranty. We review each claim individually to determine whether an issue is due to a manufacturing defect or general wear and tear.

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives and let us know right away if you notice any damage or defects, so we can help resolve it quickly.
